• PLOT SUMMARY: The story introduces an important character in Maverick's stories, Elena Ivanova. This is also one of the very few times that we get to see Kestrel (John Wraith) in all his glory. The flashbacks of Team X don't tell much new, but they re-establish some things that were already known, Creed (Sabretooth) is a sociopath, and Wolverine hesitated a lot when it came to killing innocents.
