• PLOT SUMMARY: This special issue takes place between the first and second seasons of the WB series. Smallville presents the high school years of Clark Kent, focusing on the relationship between Clark, Lana Lang and Lex Luthor.
Another focus of the series, are the meteor rocks - Kryptonite - that covered the crash of the rocket that brought young Kal-El from Krypton to the Jonathan and Martha Kent. Smallville turns out to be both "meteor capital of the world" and "meteor freak central". The series also focuses on the strained relationship between Lex and his father and how Clark and Lex progress toward their destinies, as hero, villain and ultimately adversaries.
