• PLOT SUMMARY: Bane is back, free from his insidious addiction and ready for another bone-crushing confrontation with Batman, armed with a mind and body both honed to a deadly razor's edge. With his withdrawal from the strength-enhancing narcotic Venom, Bane has lost his power and physique. But he soon proves he is one of Batman's most dangerous enemies, possessing a mind of calculating intelligence, relentless cunning and diabolical guile. Escaping from Blackgate, Bane returns to Gotham City to find Venom being sold on the streets, and he begins to follow a deadly trail to its mysterious source.
