• PLOT SUMMARY: In this chapter of the "Pulp Heroes" Annuals we have a two part story. The first part deals with the Flash trying to make a movie so he can bring some income and give the profits to a small town. Unfortunately the rainbow Raider and a Femme Fatale bent on marrying the Flash put a damper on things.
The second story has the Pied Piper dealing with an old crime buddy who does not like that the Pied Piper gave up his life of crime.
