In Borovia, Zartan, disguised as Wolfgang, plants a bomb killing President Metz, setting up Wolfgang as that country's liberator. Roadblock and Tunnel Rat later appear to Joe with drafting papers, reactivating him to full status as a true G.I. Joe. To be continued...
