• PLOT SUMMARY: As the Joes leave from Millville (issue #'s 139-142), they split up: One group goes to Washington alongside Scarlett for debriefing about Dr. Biggles-Jones, taken there by Wild Bill, while the others await another transport home. On the way to Washington, Hawk remembers with Stalker when the Joes were on one of their first missions, which was to rescue George Strawhacker from Cobra in the Middle East, but the mission was almost scrubbed because of the helicopter accident that day (issue #26-flashback sequence), but Snake-Eyes wanted the mission to continue with him, which it did successfully.
